So I've seen my preferrred GP, he had a listen to the blood flow in my neck and a look in my eyes, he thinks it may be as simple as the retinal blood vessels contracting but he wants the opthalmologist to confirm/deny this so I got the referral. He did want to try prescribing a little bit of asprin every day which is the usual treatment for such things but asprin can aggravate indigestion and I have pretty regular indigestion.
Rang the number, booked in 11am on the 12th, a week on monday. Amazing.
I also booked the 3mo. later liver function test.
Now I *really* do need to get started on the reindeer!

Yep, it's why I really do prefer the GP I saw even if he is a pain to get hold of.
