In other news, I've been busy. The weekend before last Alison and I went to Anfield racecourse for a craft show, we had a good browse, I helped when the stall was too tightly packed for her scooter and we bought some bits. I got some praline misshapes that disappeared in 48 hours, a vibrating massage cushion for my poor back, a leaflet from someone who does amazing embroidery kits and some stencils and stencil paint:

These are to decorate my (currently) very plain rocking chair as it'll be easier to re-paint it white and stencil some patterns on than sand off the paint currently on it. The big celtic knot will go across the head rest and the dragon will go on the seat. I may also get some coloured paints to liven things up a bit.
Today I went uber-shopping. I got pasta, corn flakes, toothpaste, paste bandages, J2O (on offer and working out at 50p a bottle!), deodorant, cotton yarn and a new storage box:

It's surprisingly roomy and weighs nothing really in itself. Shame they only come in green and yellow, I'd love a colour for each stash. This one is my fibre stash, tomorrow I may well get another 2 or 3 for my natural yarns stash and my "other" yarns stash. I also cleared another shelf in the living room and half the videos are now in the bedroom, the other half are in a crate on the floor. I have a box of stuff for a charity shop (just need to go into a shop and ask if someone can come collect it), a box of things to keep to go in the boiler room and the living room feels less cluttered.
I'm just going to get everything where I want it and we're going to move aren't we? What with hubbie looking for jobs in Scotland and just sent off an application for one on Islay it's entirely possible. On the plus side, one way or another, we WILL be hiring removal men who pack everything for you if you want it insured against damage (Bliss!).
Anyhoo, Simpsons time :)
