More with details

I took part in the 'Stashbusters Winter Warmers Swap' on Angel Yarns forum. This is what I sent my swappee: A pair of mitts in James C. Brett Marble Chunky and some beads and findings from The Bead Cafe for her to try her hand at either stitch markers or just some nice jewellery.



My 'longcat' scarf. Still not finished. I wanted to try my hand at double-knitting technique where you knit both sides of a piece at once so where the cat is black on this side, it's red on the other and vice versa. Originally I had no idea what I'd do with it when finished but it has now found a home and come Christmas someone is going to be surprised.

Made with James C. Brett Marble Chunky in colourway MC14 and Woolcraft Aran in black on 5mm needles.
